What are your hours of operations?

Dine-in hours are: Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Delivery hours are: Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Saturday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

What's different between dine-in and take out menu?

Dine-in menu is where you will find our current offerings for customers dining in at our restaurant. Take our & delivery menu is a selection of items that take into account some of the challenges in food delivery to make sure you can enjoy our food to the fullest when it arrives at your door. 

Can I place order from takeout menu for dine-in?

Yes, you can, but we cannot accept dine-in order for delivery

What's the estimated delivery time?

We aim to deliver your order within 45-60 minutes depending on location and time of the day.

Is there a minimum order for home/ office delivery?

One item in addition to main course. (This additional item can be anything on the takeout menu)


Can I place both catering and delivery order at the same time?

Unfortunately, we cannot process both delivery and catering order at the same time. Catering order must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Do you take orders over the phone?

We are currently not taking orders over the phone. Please use our online ordering system to take advantage of our promotions and members only discounts.


What is KopePot membership service?

KopePot's membership program is one of its kind. Our members will get to enjoy many discounts and more. We are currently offering 3 type of memberships: Rose, Tulip and Marigold. Click here for more details

Prices in my cart don't change after I log in, why? 

The member pricing will only be applied to the new items you add to the cart. If you have some products/services in your cart prior to logging in, you will have to remove and add them back to your cart again to get member's discounted price. Our recommendation is to always login to your account before you start shopping. Click here to log in to your account. 

Can I buy membership weekly?

All our memberships are month to month. You can cancel the membership at any time. We will refund prorated amount for unused duration of your monthly membership to you. 

How does home delivery work for membership service? 

We offer discounted home & office delivery within 10 miles radius from our retail location. You will need to login to get discounted prices. Click here to log in.

How Membership fee is being calculated?

Your membership starts on the day you purchase. You can start taking advantage of our membership service on the very same day. 

How do I pay for my membership?

Our system will automatically bill and charge the credit card we have on file. To cancel your membership, please email us at membership@kopepot.com

What is your refund policy if I decide to cancel my membership?

We'll gladly process a refund prorated to the day.

How do I place catering orders?

Can I place both takeout & delivery order together with my catering order?

Takeout & delivery order must be placed separately from catering order. Catering order will be delivered according to your request. Note: catering order must be placed at least 48 hours in advance

What is your cancellation Policy?

All catering orders must be canceled 48 hours prior to delivery schedule to avoid any cancelation fees. For further assistance, please email us at catering@kopepot.com
