Mayo that helps you keep up with your Omega 3 intake!

Have you ever wondered why simple ingredients like mayonnaise can play such an important role in your diet?

Good mayo should contain low to none of [pro-inflammatory] omega-6 fatty acid. Consuming too much of the fatty acid will increase tissue inflammation, resulting in high risk for coronary heart disease, diabetes, obesity. No omega-6 in your diet is not good either. It is very essential to our diet just like omega -3 and -9. However, since omega-6 is abundant in most Western diet, mainly from the oil that is used for cooking; vegetable oil / soybean oil is one good example. It contains 51% of omega -6 and less than 7% of omega-3. 

At KopëPot, we are all about promoting healthy diet. We want to help you maintain a healthy ratio between n-3 and n-6. You will not find store-bought Mayo that is made of vegetable oil in your sandwich, grilled fish, marinated, dipping sauce or salad dressing in our restaurant.

We blend our own mayonnaise with simple ingredients: 

  • Egg Yolks 
  • Extra Olive Oil
  • Avocado Oil
  • Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Dijon Mustard

    It contains very little omega-6 and simply delicious. We make the mayo in a small batch daily. We know this will make a different when you take a bite on our grab-and-go sandwiches or in our home made ranch dressing. So next time make sure to check the oil they use to make mayo before you purchase.
